What are Agents, the levels of AI transformation and the range of tools to create them.

What are Agents?

Agents are apps that use AI to:

• Reason
• Plan
• Connect to systems
• Complete tasks

working alongside or on behalf of a person, a team or an organisation.

They vary in complexity and capabilities based on your needs.

3 Levels of AI transformation

We see 3 levels of AI transformation:

1. Humans with assistants; the agents understands your job and can assist you.
2. Human-led agents; you manage agents that complete tasks autonomously.
3. Agent-led work; you set a direction, the agents run entire teams or departments. You only check-in when needed.

The tools

We all want to work with agents and some of us want to create agents, which tools to use?

Well, that depends on your knowledge…

Agents can be created by no-code, low-code and pro-code.
